The Carroll Gardens Neighborhood Association have finally bust out of the atmospheric yet small Scotto's Funeral Home and will be meeting at a new location tomorrow night.Show up to hear developer, Billy Stein, reveal his latest design plan for the closely watched by the neighborhood, 360 Smith Street site.
