The deadline is Monday if you care to comment on the proposed Toll Brothers project on Bond Street. I am confvinced that this development needs to be re-scoped at a higher density so they can pay for treating wastewater on-site, provide more parking and provide a middle school in addition to ground-floor retail.
To do this, the buildings should be 22 stories - not 12! Thanks for the information. If we build in Gowanus, build it right!
